Hi everyone! Today’s post is the best kind of haul there is — one where I paid for very few of the things included in it! I can’t say that often, so I’m definitely going to relish in that for now!
If you’re wondering, the reason for this is because everything I got in this haul is a mish mash of birthday presents, Sephora point perks, birthday freebies and some Black Friday goodies! There’s a lot to talk about, so let’s get started.
First up are two skincare products I couldn’t be more excited about: the LUSH Tea Tree Water and Magical Moringa! I have tried many, many samples of Magical Moringa after hearing a LUSH employee rave about how good it is for oily skin, but this is my first time actually owning it and I’m so excited! And of course, Tea Tree Water is also very raved about and I’ve been using sample sizes I had of it for a few weeks, but now I have a big, big bottle to last me for a while! Both of these were a present from my mom for my birthday.
Next, we have part one of my birthday freebies, this one being the fresh soy face cleanser and rose face mask! I chose this one originally, but the Sephora employee must have really liked me, because he hooked me up with this AND the Marc Jacobs set!
I spent all year trying to decide which one of the two I would choose and I was super lucky to get both! Thanks, dude at the Sephora check out whose name I don’t remember! The Marc Jacobs set contains a black eye liner and a lipstick in the color Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
I also had some issues with Ulta (namely not getting my birthday coupon) but a quick call to customer service rectified that and I was able to get my Urban Decay Midnight Cowboy eye shadow!
Next in the freebies section, we have the Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche lipstick in the color Liquorice, the Amande shower oil, and the cutest little sample of the Viktor&rolf Flowerbomb perfume.
Up next, and one of the most exciting parts of this haul, are my first Beauty Bakerie lipsticks! I got the colors Cranberry Stiletto and She’s Just Jelly (left and right respectively) and I’m already planning on getting more, because let me tell you, they are AMAZING. They stay on for pretty much anything and when I wore Cranberry Stiletto, I basically only touched it up twice all day (both times after eating oily foods).
And last, but most certainly not least, a total impulse purchase but one I can’t really feel too bad about is the Bésame Cosmetics lipstick in the color Victory Red 1941, which comes with this adorable pin. Not only is this the most perfect red that has ever graced my lips, $5 of each purchase goes to the Hope for the Warriors organization! How cool is that? It’s a lipstick with a cause. I absolutely love this brand and I can’t wait to get my hands on a couple more of the lipstick colors they have!
So that’s it for today, what did you think of my haul? Have you tried any of these before? Let me know in the comments!
