Girl Scouts: Kicking Ass Since 1912

I get weird looks sometimes when I tell people I’m in Girl Scouts. Actually, I get weird looks all the time when I tell people that, but those same people were knocking down my door during cookie season, so I couldn’t care less.

Let me explain: I’m not a Girl Scout, I’m a troop leader for a troop of second year Brownies. I’ve been with this troop since October of last year and I love it more than I could say. I always wanted to be a Girl Scout when I was growing up, but all I had in Chile was a brief stint with a scouts club at my school in sixth grade.
